See luminous golden stardust streaming back into your body. Watch it enter through your crown, your heart, your hands, your womb space, and the soles of your feet. Let it fill every place inside you that has felt depleted, disconnected, or dim.
Move the sliders slowly and intentionally. Do not choose the number you think you should be at. Feel where you are now — then choose where you are ready to rise.
